An ordinary day soon turned for the worst for the young human scientist by the name of Yangcong. Exploring the vast forest during his early years as a scientist and just an upstart in the Red Ribbon, soon turned to a dire situation for the young scientist. Getting mixed up in the mess of a few bounty hunters going after escape slaves, they mistook Yangcong for one of the escapees. Shot with a taser from behind and dropped to the ground like he was a stunned elephant. "HEY I GOT HIM! This bastard stole some civilians clothes!" Yangcong was too stunned to speak and had collapsed to a full knock out. Awaken by thrown swamp water on his face as he was chained to the walls of a coliseum type of structure. He coughed in disgust as he could smell the waste. The slave owners could be seen being paid by the bounty hunters and taking their leave.
The owner looking at Yangcong and simply smirking.
"I have never seen you a day in my life. But, i'm glad we got someone new."
Yangcong stared at this crazy man. Trying to break free from the chains around his wrist but it was no use. The cuffs were now cutting up his wrist along with making his arms go numb as he spat on the floor in disgust.
"Do you have any idea who you are messing with? I am a Red Ribbon scientist!"
The owner stared at him after hearing the name and laughed.
"Right, you expect me to believe a scientist would be all the way out of here in nowhere land for what?"
"I was conducting research!"
"Nice tale buddy."
The owner would walk over to an already used bowl and getting Yangcong his chow meal which consisted of the worst parts of the animal and putting the cooked food in front of him.
"You best eat up. You won't get chow for another 8 hours. You are going to be put into a series of test before we deem you fit enough."
Yangcong was confused... a series of test? fit enough? He looked at the food almost about to barf just seeing the flies surrounding it.
"Fit enough for what..."
"For being sold of course. We only accept the strongest."
"And If I don't fit the requirement?"
The owner looking at him with a slight grin as he pointed behind him with his thumb. The chained lions were sleeping, with human bones near them.
"Do I really have to say it?"
Yangcong was nervous as his heart started pounding. He has never trained a day in his life and to think that he had to do it so suddenly just to survive this new hell. The owner walking away with his hands in his pockets while looking over his shoulder back at Yangcong.
"I will be back in one hour to start your training."
He was now alone with the food as he picked it up and tears started to come down his face. The smell was far worst than it looked and he now leaned his back against the wall just looking at the sky.
"I need to make a deal with God...."
The owner looking at Yangcong and simply smirking.
